Jon Becker
Jon B. Becker is the Founder and CEO of AARDVARK, a supplier of protective equipment to military and law enforcement tactical units, and host of The Debrief with Jon Becker podcast. Through The Debrief, he has told the stories of the nation's heroes and helped educate communities for future crises.
An attorney admitted to practice in California with a focus on civil rights, Jon is also a regular contributor to numerous publications on leadership and culture. He is a sought-after keynote speaker on topics ranging from tactical operations to organizational resilience.
Jon resides in Los Angeles with his wife of 35 years and their family. When not in the studio, he races sports cars and competes in endurance events.
Adam Plantenberg
Adam is a native Oregonian who grew up living at his local dollar-fifty theatre. He always had a love for movies, the stories being told, and the analysis of them afterwards with friends. This led to a natural progression into being behind the camera.
He started his professional career in the service industry and quickly realized his love for people was better served telling their stories. The first camera he ever picked up was a RED Digital Cinema camera, and it was love at first sight.
He is currently a partner at FPW Media, a Marketing Agency in Springfield, Oregon, where he partners with local, national, and international companies to bring their stories to life. This led him to meet Jon Becker, and the two have formed a formidable bond ever since, partnering for many projects through the years to tell operator stories.
